아저씨 씨앗호떡 입니다~! 🍯
It’s the famous Uncle’s Seed Hotteok in Nampo-dong’s BIFF Square, always with a long line~!

씨앗호떡 줄이 길어서 덕분에 제작과정 지켜보는 재미가 있었습니다.👀
Because of the long line, I got to watch the whole cooking process — which was actually pretty fun.

그래그래. 내가 인천에서 부산까지 가서
먹고싶고 기대했던 씨앗호떡은 이래야지.....!
Yes, yes. This is exactly the seed hotteok I came all the way from Incheon to Busan for…! 🚌

직접 바로 반죽에 설탕넣고,
They knead the dough on the spot and add sugar right away.🥣

마가린인지 기름인지 노란 기름에 그냥 튀기듯이!!!
현란하게 팍팍 뒤집고~! 🍳🤸
They fry it in yellow oil — margarine or something — flipping it with flair like a show!

호떡 잘라서 씨앗넣는것보고!
Then they slice it open and add the seeds!

무심한 듯 팍팍 넣어주는 저 씨앗과 견과류 보세요~! 🌰🥜
